Senior Buyer - Culinary
Position Summary
Play a key role in the procurement for our culinary department including large industrial appliances and merchandising equipment, to small wares like spatulas, whisks, and plates… as well as large quantities of food and consumables. The Epic culinary department serves around 12,000 meals per day to our customers, staff, and visitors. We regularly update and expand our culinary facilities to support our daily menus featuring a variety of regional, international, and seasonal offerings so there are always new sourcing needs. In addition to collaborating with our chefs and other stakeholders (including the catering, events, facilities, and accounting teams), you'll establish, develop, and maintain relationships with a variety of vendors. We prioritize sourcing locally whenever possible and work with a variety of purveyors, from local farmers to national wholesalers, to strike the right balance between quality, sustainability, and cost.
