Imbed Biosciences Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Project Engineer to plan, execute, and deliver manufacturing projects that improve efficiency, quality, cost, and scalability. You’ll bridge engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain to implement new products, processes, and technologies across our manufacturing operations. This role reports to the VP of Integrated Supply Chain.

What you’ll do

· Lead end-to-end manufacturing projects from concept through production launch, including project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, risk management, and on-time delivery.

· Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, supply chain, and operations.

· Serve as a subject matter expert for manufacturing operations; characterize and control critical operational standards.

· Assess and improve manufacturing processes to reduce cost and boost quality and efficiency.

· Document current and future-state value stream maps for manufacturing processes.

· Champion initiatives to reduce COGS.

· Drive timely resolution of day-to-day technical issues on the floor.

· Lead manufacturing readiness for new product introductions and product/process modifications.

· Ensure correct process documentation and ERP configurations prior to release to manufacturing.

· Lead equipment installation and qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) and performance verification.

· Ensure products meet specifications and all operational and regulatory standards.

· Lead and close out manufacturing CAPAs, NCs, deviations, and SOP updates.

· Oversee facility environmental monitoring.

· Create, implement, and maintain standardized process control plans.

· Comply with company policies and SOPs; develop safety protocols to ensure worker safety.

What you’ll bring

· Thorough understanding of plant engineering, industrial engineering, and tooling.

· Excellent organization, attention to detail, and proactive risk management.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (or related tools) for budgets and records.

· Experience in ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 environments is a plus.

· Education: Bachelor’s in Industrial, Mechanical, Biotechnology, or related Engineering field; Chemical Engineering is a plus. Equivalent manufacturing engineering experience considered.

· Experience: 3+ years in manufacturing or supply chain.
